With over 20 years of public procurement experience and an LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy, Tracy Pritchard has spent the last 7 years in the UK Cabinet Office where she has been instrumental in developing, drafting, legislating and implementing the UK's new Procurement Act which came into force in February this year.
